I threw this together with ingredients I had in the pantry, and it actually turned out to be a perfect combination of flavors. These kick the sweet tooth for me, while keeping me full and feeling energized. The recipe doesn’t make a huge amount, since I’m usually the only one reaching for these in our house, so be sure to double it if more than one person will be snacking on these.
I’ve never been big on setting new years resolutions, but at the beginning of every year after the holidays are over I do try to get myself back into healthy eating mode.
