I impulsively purchased this cheap little popsicle mold a few weeks ago. I’m honestly not even a huge popsicle eater, but making homemade healthier treats to have around when the summer ice-cream cravings kick in seemed like a pretty responsible idea. At our last trip to Costco I made sure to stock up on big bags of frozen fruit to start making my own concoctions with. Other than buying a bunch of frozen berries, I was so excited to discover a huge bag full of frozen mango slices in the freezer section. Visions of mango margaritas, mango mojitos, mango ice cream, and these mango popsicles flashed merrily through my mind. In the past two months I’ve gone from grilling only a handful of times in my entire life, to grilling almost every single day of the week. If it’s edible, we’re probably trying to grill it.
